Please find the Attached with this Email Invoice and other Photo of Whirlpool Technician and his Job Sheet.
The Whirlpool Airconditioner we bought on 13th March 2022 from Vijay Sale, Malad, Mumbai.
Product Delivery done on the 16th March and Finally Installation was Done on the 23rd March 2022.
Airconditioner is not working since since 27th June 2022.
We Registered Complaint on[protected] with Vijay Sales
Whirlpool Technician Visit:[protected]
He told us that the Cooling Coil is fully Damaged as I have attached the Photo...
The Technician had dismantled the Blower Unit with some PCB's disconnected till they replace the Cooling Coil.
As you had called me today from +[protected], I informed you that since last 20 days we are awaiting the Cooling Coil Replacement.
You informed me over the Phone that the Part Cooling Coil will be available latest by 29th July..
I want to know that how your email above sent today mentions that the appliance has been rectified.
I also told you that your Service Center Person was rude who called on the 19th July from Number: +91-[protected]
I need your contact number to communicate this issue as an Indian Citizen in India ...I feel I am being Troubled unnecessarily.
Awaiting your resolve...Please note that if you are persistent in not resolving or creating confusions by evading your duty to resolve the Problem as the Product is under Warranty...I will not hesitate to go in Social Media...
