[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Shoddy service

Whirlpool has the worst complaint redressal mechanism. i am experiencing it for the second time when the sensor box of 400 litre proton refrigerator is not being supplied by co. since 20th april'14. Call centre gives a mechanical response & several times their system is down. They promise but they dont call back. Whirpool refrigerators with sensor are a failure. Sensor box stops working frequently and there is no option but to change it. Service is outsourced & service centre guys try to give you second hand sensor box. Co.is least bothered what is happening. I made the mistake last time of not disposIng this hopeless product with hopeless service on OLX.
