[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Spare part charges for Inlet Valve is too high

Our Whirlpool Top loading washing machine water inlet become feeble, upon complaint there was a service agent from SREE CARE visited and changed the inlet valve. After that the water inflow is working fine. My complaint is about the price they have charged for the spare part was 1950rs whereas the similar product is available in Amazon between 400 to 700rs. Why did this service center charge me 1200rs extra? This is called ripping off the customer. On top of such high charge there is a service charge of 450rs as well.
