Whirlpool India — split air conditioner not, cooling show, p3 in display complaint registered on 9th june 2020 not attended till date

One service engineer, mr sonu kumar visited us on 8th june 2020 to attended the complaint no 25388, but failed to fix the issue of error code p3. He told us to register another complaint mentioning error code e3. We did but no one has come to fix the issue.
