Sir/mam I made a complaint of whirlpool fridge not working, technician of company from balaji refrigeration saharanpur (U. P.) arrived took advance of rs 500 on 12/5/2017 assuring us tomorrow they will fix it up and since had not arrived since then. Neither technician nor company is responding and misbehaving with us.
