Whirlpool India — They are not giving my refund as 12 days passed

Address: Village and post Amauli, District -Fatehpur

I have made so many calls and emails, they ask me that we have initiated your refund but no refund received and one of their members said, refund not processed. Sir please help me and provide my money back. I am upset and doesn't know how to face my parents 😭
Refund ammount 15190 rs.

Sir they are doing fraud with me, I have not received the product and they are showing that product has been delivered. As a middle class boy nobody help me regarding this.
