I am still waiting for the Visit and rectification update from your team ...
its being a week, now,
my 1st complaint was logged with Airoli Service Center, " Sainath Services "
With Mr. Tiwari, from that Service Center,
i had multiple calls and conversation, Also, the Shop M/s Prince Electronics, the product we have parched from had calls with Mr. Tiwari...
My onl;y Concern, is
PRODUCT DELIVERED IS NOT YET COMPLETED 1 YEAR .
1. Whether the TOP lead is under warranty or Not - if not under just need a confirmation which clause is mentioned in the warranty Book given along with the product ?
2. If the Team is confirmed on the Warranty part, why its delay in sharing the price & for replacing the same .
3. MY 1ST COMPLAINT REACHED TO SERVICE CENTER ON FRIDAY 24TH, VISIT DONE BY MR. PAWAN DUBE ON 25TH, BUT NO SERVICE REPORT MADE, NO CONFIRMATION ON WARRANTY DETAILS / PRICES GIVEN, THE COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED AND I HAVE TO LOG THE SECOND COMPLAINT ...
THIS IS ALSO PENDING FOR LAST 3 DAYS ...
