I Have purchased a Whirlpool 300 L Frost Free Triple Door Refrigerator from Flipkart and the product cost of 26790/- in indian rupees but after 1 year it is giving lot of cooling related issues then i raised a complaint with Whirlpool customer support on[protected] & the 1st Ticket ID is: VIJ[protected] after this i raised a lot of tickets with them, they have changed different parts(Fan motor, timer, ..etc) but not fixed the issue till now[protected] for all this they charged around 10000/- rupees but no use again they are saying there is one more part(Fan) issue that need replace again with in a month and it will be changeable with visiting charges.
From last two and half months i am raising the complaints with them and they are sending different technicians from different places replacing the parts with chargeable but no use so from last one week i was mentioning the same thing to them today they are saying we are not responsible what parts are replaced previously.
On last friday[protected] they said we will replace product fOR this thEy created a new ticket(VIJ[protected]) but today they are saying we will not do the replacement as per the police and the customer support and technicians behaves very rudely.
I have all the call recordings and evidences.
I am attaching the changed parts
Kindly do the needful on this to do the replacement of a defective product.
