Whirlpool India — Tv not working

GTPL Agency has no man power, so they are very rudely answer. that we are not here to encourage ur complain. They must send their technetions tomorrow after 11:00 A.M.
We have Two Setup box. Once is not Working So we complained on this no.[protected].He Mess with me on Call & after An hour He discontiue our another set up box...
this same things Happend before 3 months ago.
And they are very rude to customer even with sinior citizen go their office. They make him harrasment on the customer & use Bad words to Customer like "E to aavuj chalse" & "Ame amara time par repair karsu." We ask for Assurity but they deny. Three months Ago his employee also very rude to us.
So plz. help me out this kind of data operators.
Revert me ASAP.
