Hi!, I have purchased 3 door proton+ refrigerator of Whirlpool brand on 02/07/2021. The product was out of order and I made a complaint to CC on 16/07/2022, the technician visited same day and told that the compressor is faulty and will be replaced. However, he asked me to pay gas refilling and other accessories like relay charges.
I, then contacted to CC again to get clarification whether the charges are genuine or not. To my surprise, they also told me that charges are right. I then asked to get a copy of warranty terms and conditions where it is mentioned clearly that gas refilling is not covered under warranty.
On 28/07/2022, the service center told that replacement product arrived and can be installed. Since, I written an email to [protected]@whirlpool.com, [protected]@whirlpool.com, and [protected]@whirlpool.com, I thought some clarification would be given by them. No reply received so far!
Do I have some legal grounds on this loot to ordinary consumer like me. Was this information helpful? |
