I am really sorry to express my very bad experience faced by me against my complaint for fridge. My complaint no. Was p[protected]My mobile no. [protected]).
Same day the technician mr pankaj kapoor (Mobile no. [protected]) visited my place & replaced 2 parts & took around 4200 (Approx) from me & instructed to me that cooling will restart after 2-3 hours. But when it doesn't happy. I personally called mr. Kapoor & informed him the status for which he assured me to visit in the morning. But when he didn't turn up despite my various unattended calls. I report back to your customer care center who assured me that by eod you will get resolution but no one even bothered to respond. I was not able to use my fridge in the scorching heat. Next dai i again tried to contact mr. Kapoor who confirmed that he is on the way to my place but resulted in total lye.
Next day i again contacted your center & stereotype reply given to me that it will be resolved by eod. When i confronted with my past experience., the person named as rahul rudely said that you can lodge my complaint.
I ultimately have to call third party for resolution of my complaint & paid him the charges for the same.
From this mail i would like to bring to your attention how irresponsible persons are there in the center & giving bad name to your country.
I will not refer anybody in my contacts to buy your product & will go to consumer court for sure.
