Whirlpool India — Unresolved ac service complaint since february 2025

No one has contacted me since last month,
2 service teams had visiting prior to that both failing to fix the issue.

Despite multiple emails and weekly calls to your helpline, I have only received false assurances. Email responses always claim an update will follow in 2–3 days, which never happens. Your phone representatives regularly promise a callback within 2 hours, but I never receive one. This experience reflects extremely poor customer support and a lack of accountability.
