I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding a Whirlpool double-door refrigerator that I purchased in April 2025 from Vijay Sales. Just a month after purchase, we faced a cooling issue, and a part in the freezer had to be replaced. However, within a few days of that repair, the fridge started making an unusual noise. We recorded a video of the issue and shared it with both Whirlpool Customer Care and Vijay Sales. Now, for the past 4–5 days, the refrigerator has completely stopped working — there is no cooling at all. We are facing a lot of inconvenience as all perishable items like vegetables, food, and dairy products are getting spoiled. Despite repeated follow-ups with both Whirlpool Customer Care and Vijay Sales, we have received no proper assistance.
We strongly request a replacement of the refrigerator instead of further part replacements, as the product is only two months old and has had continuous issues from the beginning. Unfortunately, no one is taking appropriate action, and we are now extremely frustrated and disappointed. We request that this issue be escalated to a senior official at Whirlpool India who can take responsibility and provide us with a proper resolution at the earliest. Was this information helpful? |
