Whirlpool India — Wahing Machine part under warranty, however company has stopped the manufacturing

Our washing machine had stopped working on 28th Sep 2025. The technician arrived the next day and informed that motor and PCB needs to be replaced and both are under warranty. The technician had informed us that the parts will be replaced, if we provide the invoice bill. We mailed the invoice bill on 5th October to Whirlpool call center. Thereafter, we were informed that company has stopped PCB manufacturing and cant be replaced. If the parts is under warranty, how can the company stop the manufacturing. We have mailed to [protected]@whirlpool.com, [protected]@whirlpoolindia.com, [protected]@whirlpool.com on 5th October. Just received the acknowledgement interim mail with no Complaint or grievance number. We need a replacement of the part described or else replace the entire machine with no cost to us.
