Whirlpool India — warranty card is missing of refrigerator and compressor failed

We bought the 'whirlpool ice magic single door refrigerator' in the month of the june, 2014 (Either 2nd or 3rd june, 2014) which has 10 year warranty (Compressor) from 'sony electronics, bhel circle (Lingampally), hyderabad, telangana (Was combined ap)' and not sure on whose was purchased but am sure buyer would be either srikanth babu or naga swetha with mobile no either [protected] or other number (# [protected] which is not existed and don't remember whether this is the correct number).

So far we have not faced any issues with the refrigerator, but all of sudden on last 'wednesday', its stopped working and observed some sparks from the compressor. We have called local technician and he confirmed that the 'compressor' failed. And we have raised a ticket (#tir[protected]) with whirlpool for technical assistance and we have been told to check for the whirlpool replacement with warranty/receipt.

Here is the problem, we have no 'receipt and warranty' which was given to us on the day of purchase. Some how we lost the warranty and receipt while shifting household. And we tried in all the way to get the duplicate of the same with the seller (Sony electronics, bhel) but currently, the shop is not in existence and tried to call all the numbers to sony electronics to get the bill which has no result.

I would request you to please get the replacement of the compressor since has another 3 year warranty.
