[Resolved] Whirlpool India — washing machine 360 degree going out of order during warranty period. | |||
above product purchased by me on 25/11/2012 is not functioning and going out of order every fortnight. Your company is not able to fix the problem... everyt ime temporary solution is given it goes off again... the machine will be out of warranty on 25/11/2014.and it appears to me that it is a ploy to push off warranty period. Kindly appreciate that we have not given any clean feed back on last 2 or 3 visits made by your mechanic and we had made it clear that the machine is under observation. This time while logging complaint we have placed our request for replacement. Kindly treat this as my formal on record request for replacement of the machine which could not stand even the warranty period. Kindly make note of my demand act act on it immediately.
