[Resolved] Whirlpool India — washing machine and poor servicing | |||||
Washing machine has a recurring drainage problem. Company's customer service is very poor, i contacted the authorised dealer of our district, fatehpur, up. But the person supposed to come by, hasn't come yet to attend the complaint. It had been 4 days already, everyday i have been calling that person and he assures to come in 30 min or so yet he never came. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Oct 14, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved As the company was notified of the complaint, there was a quick response from the company via telephone. The problems coming in the machine and about the poor servicing were listened and promptly responded. The problem was solved within 4 days and further assurance was provided. Whirlpool India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
