[Resolved] Whirlpool India — washing machine bearing problem

Hi whirlpool team,
We bought top load washing machine on 2016, within 3 years spinner is not working.
We requested for service support, service man is telling that we have to change the bearing, it cost around 7000rs.
We believe in whirlpool and bought it. Within 3 years we are facing this problem, how can we spend 7k? And for bearing 6 months only.
Completely disappointed with whirlpool products.
Please help me for this.

Please tel me how much it cost for changing the bearer.
They are telling 7k.
When i called the customer support, they are aware of the amount.
How can i know exact Bearer amount.
Whirlpool India dont have the rate card for accesories??
