[Resolved] Whirlpool India — washing machine complaint not attended | |||
Whirlpool washing machine - serial no inf[protected] I have been facing a problems with your service and even after repeated calls and followups with service center there has been no headway. I have made a complaint for washing machine not working and i am getting an error ub vide bg[protected] dated 5/8/2018. Service engineer inspected and told that the bearing has gone and the board is faulty and the same has to be replaced. When i showed him i have an amc contract, he immediately changed his stand and told that he will apply grease on the bearing and fix it. The machine started working again. When i asked him about replacement he told he will have to place a request and will replace it once he gets the stock. The complaint was closed as adjusted, without my knowledge. After which i could not followup due to some family medical emergencies. Again i started getting the same problem in january and called the engineer, he told he will come but did not turn up, so i raised another complaint vide bg[protected] dated 23/01/2019. Engineer came again on 24th jan and inspected the machine and told he will have to replace the board and some gear/bearing and told he will come back in few days and replace the spares. He did not turn up and his mobile was not reachable. The complaint was closed as "customer cannot be contacted", which is totally false. I can prove with my apartment security register where he had made an entry that he visited my apartment. I have raised another compliant for the same problem vide bg[protected] dated 24/02/2019. I want the problem to be rectified and replacement to be done. My amc expires on 25th feb 2019, i think he is doing a delaying tactics to charge me for the replacement and take a new amc with his agency. I want to place 2 requests. 1. Extend my amc period by 6 months due to inefficient service by your engineer 2. Replace the board and bearing/gear as was originally diagnosed. Was this information helpful? | |||
