[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Washing machine front load not working

I have registered complain about front load washing machine drum is not rotating on 1 st june 2020 (Complain no.[protected] but still no body is attend the complain every day i call in whirlpool service center and they give me reply service engineer call you in 2 hours but no body is call back still today. Washing machine serial no.[protected], model fresh care 7010 (I), purchase date 23.11.2019. Machine in waranty period but no respond from whirlpool.

Respected sir i received call back on mobie from whirlpool to attend the complain service person will come but from 1 st june to still no body attend the complain problem as it is.so please take this matter on priority basis
