Whirlpool India — Washing machine packs up in 45 days of servicing

I got my whirlpool washing machine serviced on 03 Jul 14 and replaced the electronic board for Rs 3560. The Service Request number: CH[protected]. The servicing was unsatisfactory and the engineer had to visit the house again on 11 Jul 14. The problems continued and finally the washing machine packed up on 20 Aug 14 with similar problem as earlier. The board appears to have gone un-serviceable. When enquired, they say that since one month has elapsed, the complaint has to be re-registered and the whole repair would be charged. I wonder if a reputed company like whirlpool would resort to such cheap gimmicks and poor quality servicing that it requires repair in 45 days.
