[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Washing Machine Repair - Whirlpool Cheated Me!

I had a problem with my front load washing machine and raised a complaint with Whirlpool Customer Care Center in November' 2016. The technicians arrived, checked the machine and informed that machine is out of warranty and board needs to be replaced. I went ahead and it costed me 5000+. In few days time I faced same problem and this time they replaced Wiring which costed me 2000+. They told that servicing the machine would improve performance and resolve any other issues and I went ahead as it was an advise from Whirlpool Technicians. Total of 11000+ Spent. They say that they are authorized partners "Global Services". They gave 2 Years warranty on board, wiring etc.., Bills attached. Today my washing machine does not turn on. I reached these folks from Global Services and all their numbers are switched off. I called up local electrician and found that the board was not replaced but repaired and wiring was old - In fact nothing was changed. I' am cheated.

The worst part comes now. When I call to inform Whirlpool Customer Care, They say they don't have any Complaint from me in November. How did these guys get the details of the repair? IMO Whirlpool is sharing the details with Technicians.
