We would like to bring to your notice that we purchased Whirlpool washing machine model 84501100ZVSP WHI TL W/M 360 BW PRO(540) 7.5 GRAP 10Y on 5th March 2021. Attached the Cash Receipt for your reference.
2/3 weeks after installation we started facing issues where the drum and the machine shakes heavily with huge sound as if the machine is going to fall down. We raised complaint multiple times to the customer care and they attended but there weren't giving proper solution or any replacement and we are still facing the same problem.
It's been more than a year now we are still struggling with the issue even after multiple complaints and none of the Whirlpool customer care person is able to find the issue and fix it.
For our recent complaint regarding the same issue vide Service Request CHE[protected], one of the executive named Dinakaran attended and said the drum has some manufacturing defect.
As our last resort We are writing to you. We cannot live with this problem day to day with small kids at home. Hence we are requesting you to kindly replace the machine immediately. So that, we can avoid any kind of inconvenience or legal consequences.
