I had bought whirlpool dc 305 f 2020 single door refrigerator in November 2020. Since the day I bought it, neither a proper service boy came for installation nor demo. Moreover, water is continuously dripping from freezer into other racks of the refrigerator drenching and destroying other eatables in the fridge. Cleaning it every day has become a ritual. The chiller tray is also of a faulty design since water is leaking beyond it. I have had the worst experience from whirlpool. I also called the servicing agent twice but he also could not solve the issue. I sent this mail to helpdesk and received a call asking me to wait until lockdown is relaxed and inform him once restrictions are eased. I sent a mail two days ago saying that now, restrictions have been eased and please look into the issue quickly. But there is no response yet. This has been the worst experience with whirlpool. Producing and selling faulty model refrigerators.
The refrigerator is creating troubles within the warranty period, how can we use it for long term ? I want full refund for my refrigerator that cost me 18000. Was this information helpful? |
