Hi,
I purchased whirlpool neo fridge (Double door) in 2015 and we had loggged a complain for first time on may 18th, 2018 for cooling i. E cooling is not working in refrigerator, complained was logged and service guy visited us and he told that there is issue with cooling timer which is preventing from cooling, so he suggested to change the timer for the first time and we did that which costed us around (1600) and for part replacement (Cooling timer) but it didn't worked after part replacement, service person left without giving proper resolution, so we called again many times local service center for resolution (Suman electronics, godda) but he didn't responded for any of our queries, so we did logged another complained in june, 2018 (First complained was closed without any proper resolution confirmation) and this time again service guy changed the timer but it didn't worked and after that story continues, service guy visited us between but unable to provide any solution. So we contacted local whirlpool dealer (Ms pushpanjali traders) from were i purchased the fridge, he assured that he will take action but he didn't do anything and left the case as it is (Worst type of service ever faced from these two (Suman electronics, godda), ms pushpanjali traders), we waited for 3 months but no body did turned to have a look in to issue, because they are not sure what is the issue which clearly suggests me that whirl pool service team is incapable of fixing it, so we contacted mr. Shambhu -[protected] (Area service manager) and this time he assured us about part will be replaced and its in transit which will be directly sent to us but nothing happend for 15 days and then we contacted him again and this time there is another excuse from area service manager : part is not available with whirlpool india and you refrigerator will be replaced since its not possible to fix it.
Overall pathetic service from whirlpool india team and (Suman electronics, godda), ms pushpanjali traders), because our complains were closed without any proper comments.
On october 19th ms suman electronics godda - authorized service center picked the refrigerator (After so much of complains and fight to fix it) from us with a promise that they will fix it in their workshop with the help of service engineer, but again he did nothing, he did not logged a complain and kept the fridge in their warehouse with no purpose, i visited him twice but he keep on procrastinating on dates when this will be fixed, i saw the condition of refrigerator and its simply kept with full of dust in a corner which is disgusting and unbearable and we are are suffering from since may 2018 with refrigerator and proper resolution.
So @ whirlpool team india & consumer complains: please take action and i want to escalate it to highest level because we had invested so much money and time in it and we are not going to spare it like that, please provide a resolution and take strong necessary action against these two dealers (Suman electronics, godda), ms pushpanjali traders, godda).
Your consumer is suffering and i am ready to pull this matter in consumer court because its so much waste of time and money to purchase the whirlpool product and it should be stopped.
Ps: i did spoked to area sales manager for replacement since he is telling that product is faulty and cannot be fixed, but he is not committing on it with proper dates.
