I have purchased whirpool refrigerator triple door 330 ltr from amazon on 20th april 2019 and delivered on 24 april 2019. From 1st day onward vegetable box were not working properly and vegetables were getting rotten. I called to whirpool engineer who came for installation and told him that cooling is proper but vegetables were getting rotten, he said it's new product and in 1 or 2 days refrigerator will work fine.
But surprisingly from 1st may 2019 onwards full refrigerator compartments stopped cooling. Amazon returned period is completed they said talk to whirlpool for replacement. I complained to whirpool and they sent engineer for inspection they said that gas has leaked. But i requested replacement because when it was working still vegetables were getting rotten. Whirpool call centre executive said you will get replacement but chandigarh service centre supervisor gurmeet singh outrighly denied for replacement. What's the use of buying new product from whirpool if it last for only 7-8 days. There is no escalation matrix where i can complain.
