[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Whirlpool 360 Washing Machine old model/ Service Request No. GB[protected] | |||||
Dear Sir/ Mam, I had raised a Service request on 10th of September, at Customer Care No. [protected] - Service Request No. GB[protected] for Whirlpool 360 Washing Machine not Working, for which the very next day in the morning only, the executive had promptly arrived. The Executive said the PCB is bad, and have to be replaved with a new PCB, for that the Charges will be Rs. 4000/- an advance of Rs. 1000/- was received by the executive. This day was Sunday. On Tueday I received a call then regarding the replacement for which it was discussed that the following Saturday the Parts will be replaced I had called the Whirlpool Service consumer on 17th September right from the morning at 10:30 AM. My phone was never picked. Then I contacted the Bharadwaj Service Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad. I had a talk with the lady at the Reception from 14:00 hrs till 19:30 hrs in the evening, every time she picked up the phone, every time she said that the Executive is on the field, and will be arriving any minute. Lastly at 19:50 hrs on 17 th of September I again called the Customer Care No. [protected], again called and again I was given a new Service Request No. GB[protected]. This time again it was said that the Customer will revert in 24 Hours. Today it is 18th of September 2016, 12:04 PM, nothing has been heard from any Whirlpool representatives.
