Whrilpol double door refrigerator sl no ina[protected], model no11469, i purchased in 2010. It is not cooling. Abnormal sound comming from the upper part of the machine. Lodged complaint4. Days back at your rourkela (Orissa) service centre. No responce till date. Service is very poor. I have decided not to purchase any whirlpol product hence forth.
