[Resolved] Whirlpool India — whirlpool freshcare front load washing machine not functioning refund issues. | |||
I bought a whirlpool freshcare front load washing machine from day 1 its not working and raised an complaint and requested for a refund last month. They said it will be refunded within 45 days of complaint raised. After one month after multiple follow up with udhaya raja (Deputy manager chennai) and he is saying it reached for his approval today and it will take another 45 days from today, he is also not confirming this in email. He is not polite as well and doesn't seems to care. I'm not sure how long i need to wait. And even after 45 days i'm not sure they will give my money back. Its very disappointing from a global mnc like whirlpool with a sub par quality product and equally sub par customer service and the attitude of their staffs.
