The service promised and what Whirlpool is doing in the name of service is the most worst service anybody can ever get.
First I received a call from an engineer who said in my pincode he can not provide service. It is 560099. He provides service in 560100.
However the My next building pincode is 560099. Anyways he REFUSED to provide any service and did not even listen what I am trying to convey. He said someone else will connect me.
Even after raising a request and reaching out to Customer care again and again no engineer reached out to me over call.
I do not understand, It this the standard WHIRLPOOL (leading company) follows for customer support?
Whirlpool is selling products with so much promises for what? Your engineers neither know how to talk nor know how to listen.
