This is to inform you that I am one of Whirlpool Customer using Whirlpool Intellifresh 6th Sense 340 Ltr refrigerator and is facing cooling issue. I have raised a complaint to whirlpool customer care on 5th May 2025, and they have assigned TS Enterprise for the service. Their technician visited our home and checked the refrigerator and provide quotation of Rs. 6500/-. We called them later to confirm of the quotations, but they never responded to our call, due to which I have to call Whirlpool customer care again on 10th May 2025 and raised a complaint for the same. Now the people from TS Enterprise called me, saying that I have to keep my refrigerator switched off for 1 day which I agree. However, the lady from the customer service spoke to their technician and inform us that part of our refrigerator is not available, hence this cannot be repaired. We called your customer service third time, and they again routed us to the same service center.
I would like to know if this is the type of service whirlpool provides? If the refrigerator was not repairable, then why quotation was provided to us. Sorry to say but after this I am not going to buy any equipment from Whirlpool again.
