I have been complaining whirlpool from Aug'22 with no resolution yet provided despite opening 3 service request with them.
MCB of outdoor unit gets faulty twice
F7 error in temp sensor
Engineer visited and resolved the MCB issue and after 15 days again the unit displays F7 temp sensor error. Engineer again visited to fix sensor issue and got the MCB of the outdoor unit damaged again.
My AC is under warranty purchased in march'22. I have asked Whirlpool to provide me the complete new replacement unit and don't want to do repairing time and again. Whirlpool is not giving me approvals yet despite multiple emails send to Charu (Whirlpool care Manager)- Charu Singh nor picking my phone.
I want my whole AC unit to be replaced with brand new and don't want anymore repairing work done.
