Dear sir/madam,

I have purchased a 190l refrigerator from bismi last october 1st week wide invoice number 1159016 and registered a complaint wide reg no. Co[protected] on 14.11.2019.

This is to inform you that still no service engineer visited my house and rectified the complaint after 7 days. Daily i am getting call from your customer care and asking about the service engineer visited status.

We are very much un-satisfied about your service.
