[Resolved] Whirlpool India — whirlpool refrigerator 340 ltr. (double door)

I have purchase whirlpool refrigerator 340 ltr. (Double door) in last week of may-2018. From the very first day i have noticed that cooling of refrigerator is very low. I have call the customer care thrice or more but service engineer have not made a satisfactory solution. I humbly request you to kindly change my refrigerator model please

Updated by eveleen10313 In reference to my complain regarding whirlpool refrigerator 340 ltr. (double door), it is informed that executive engineer coming twice to solve my refrigerator problem. One engineer told me there is wiring problem in refrigerator. On next day another engineer visit in my home and told me there is low gas problem in refrigerator. He told me if you are interested i am fill the gas in refrigerator, if not, then model will be changed. Today[protected] i have received a call from customer care and they told me that model will not be changed. Because refrigerator is under warranty period only gas will be fill.
