[Resolved] Whirlpool India — Whirlpool service cheating customers | |||
Very worst service.. 1.2 year before made complaint and after several follow-up service guys came taken the pats out with them.. After several follow-up. They said there are no. Spare stock in whirlpool which i bought 2.5 years before. Then after several follow-up they told they will give new machine due to unavailability of spare.. After several follow-up they informed they cannot replace with out bill and warranty card is not enough.. Just my time wasted for 1 year by calling support people.. Forwarded the mail conversation to whirlpool coo still no response.. Please do not buy any whirlpool product worst service. Was this information helpful? | |||

not received any action on this. just got call on 26-Jan-19 and then no followup. when my machine will be rectified. am suffering alot for a long time. As a consumer of the product am suffering allot.

What is the progress on this? I never get any calls from customer service for updates. Is there anyone to understand the customer pain point.. Why product sold with out spares for repair.. If a manufacture does not have parts for 3 year machine who else will have it.
Is that intention to make the customer buy new machine for every 2 years.
How a parts can be removed and just closing the complaint without rectifying it.. Not how much time I have to spend to deal with this service people and not sure who will pay for my time which I suffered for last 1.5 years.
