[Resolved]  Whirlpool India — Whirlpool Service Scam

Whirlpool washing machine repair service. Our washing machine drum stopped working. It was brought in Sep 2018 year. They provide oly 3years warranty service. Since our deadline crossed the warranty period. We used paid service for repairing our washing machine. For diagnosing the problem the technician charged Rs.480/- then he claimed to change few parts which is repair. And said it costs around Rs.7000/- Our washing machine is 10kg top loading machine. Then we agreed to repair. Finally they charged Rs.8000/- adding additional things which was not at all required. They told to use the machine next day. When we starting using the machine, it stopped working again. We said the complaint. Again technician said to change another spare parts which costs around 700rs. We got pissed off. The money we spent repairing this machine is huge and they keep on asking more money to repair because of their manufacturing defeat. When we complained regrading this to Toll-free customer care. They irresponsibly saying that we can't do anything. You have to change Orelse leave. They are not even providing warranty for the parts which they changed. So much irresponsibility towards customer complaint. They are rude and loss is for us. Now still my machine is repair. And I don't have any money to spend. They should atleast help the customer by providing some guarantee or warranty for their products. Whirlpool Service center and technician say that their products always create problem after 2 or 3 years o[censored]se. So they use this idea to scam the innocent customers like me. Please avoid Whirlpool appliances I am telling from my own experience. It is better to prevent than to regret later.
