[Resolved] Whirlpool India — whirlpool triple door refrigerator cooling issues | |||
On 26/05/2017, i have registered a complaint with whirlpool customer care. Technician came from s. S. Services on next day and replaced start & relay and charged rs. 2800/- he mentioned 6 months warranty also on the bill. After that there are many instances when we are facing cooling issues. Finally, 4th august, 2017 cooling is completely stopped. I have registered many complaints with whirlpool customer care and also with s. S. Services but till today no one turned up. I just asking for the visit charge to be void able.. Den too company is not satisfying me.. There is after sale service in every company.. I m ready to pay for product which is replace but I won't pay for the visit charge..
