[Resolved] Whirlpool India — whirlpool washing machine (freshcare 7010) | |||
Hi, I've raised a service request for my washing machine (Freshcare 7010) on 20th september 2019. The same was bought on may month of 2018 from gopunathilath g mart, alappuzha. Now the machine is not working. At first i face an issue like the machine door was unable to open even after the washig was completed. And your service team came and told that it's pcb is complaint need to import and replace. After two week they came with its new pcb. But the issue was not resolved the new module was also not working also they told that need to replace it's display board. How long i should wait?? I choose this product as the whirlpool sales executive in the shop told that it's european standard/make product so there won't be any complaint. As the product turns one year. It's dead. Your technicians even can't troubleshoot the issue yet. So i want replacement for this product. How long i could wait for this hopeless service?. Till this day the whirlpool company is unable to arrange the complaint part and resolve my the issue. Then why should i keep this whirlpool scrap at my home?. Was this information helpful? | |||
