[Resolved] Whirlpool India — whirlpool washing machine replacement | |||
Hi team, My self surender reddy, registered mobile no: [protected]. Recently we have purchased whirlpool fresh care 7112 front load washing machine We see more motor noise when washing machine running even with lower load, purchased around 1month back. Technician recommended to go replace and he said it would happen in some 20 days, its been more than 40 days, no replacement happened and people are not responding to phone calls. I have been calling whirlpool customer case since many days and they are keep telling the technician would contact. No one has contacted yet regarding this complaint, such a irresponsible team you are.
I'm ending up spending a lot of time raising complaints and making calls to customer care.
If you can't serve the customer don't run the business.
