The issue that i have experienced was: we are in annual maintainence contract. We have been trying to get our problem of candle replacement and leakage problem for whirlpool water filter. Repeatedly the bangalore agency i. E. Max serve solutions pvt ltd is giving pathetic service. First they say candle not in stock and then they are sending different technician and we have explain and start all over again with every new technician. Finally after calling whirlpool customer care gurgaon centre again and again and to my amazement they said complaint no doesn't exist in the database even though i have got a msg on phone after registering it.
Again after going through whole process and requesting an escalation, finally a new complaint was lodged and gurgaon customer support informed the bangalore authorized centre who sent a technician who again says the particular part which is giving problem is not in stock. My question to them was simple, why are you charging rs 4599 as amc charges if you say part is not in stock...
Iam still in shock as the local bangalore centre guy shivu was 100% rude and unprofessional and is saying our job is not searching for your previous complaints.
This is the worst ever customer nightmare that could happen as they charge amc on time but still candle is not replaced and leakage problem not solved.
The final result of all this is we are left with no water from purifier as it is still not working though we have paid amc on time.
I want this escalated to the highest level in whirlpool for this kind of pathetic service and if not i want help from ombudsman as last resort before going to consumer court.

Send a technician and teach some basic courtesy and professionalism as the bangalore service centre i. E. Max serve solutions pvt ltd is quite incapable of handling your customer queries and whirlpool is loosing reputation as a brand due to these incompetent and pathetic service. On top of that this man shivu who claims to be a manager from max serve solutions pvt ltd is doing quite a unprofessional job and is rude over phone saying it is not his job to look into my previous complaints even after insisting that we have been trying to reach you people from may just for a candle replacement.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.
