[Resolved] Whirlpool India — worst service-feel like cheated | |
Bought a whirlpool refrigerator on 16/08/2014 from a local vendor ( A one Enterprises, berhampur, odisha) with the below model details and the cost was almost 37K.
model - FF 2D 355 4S / 2014
Type - Frost free
Gross vol - 340 l
Storage vol - 310
Starting from the very next day had an issue with it. Even its a dual door the whole freeze is getting ICED and there is a leakage of water across the refrigerator.
Raised a complaint on 18/08/2014 with local service centre and the local engineer mentioned there is an issue and it needs a replacement.
He asked to connect to the regional centre and they promised the new freeze will be delivered in another 5 days.
It's been 10 months and nothing was done. Every Time we usually reach to the team they always says it will take 2 more days. It's really FRUSTRATED and feels like CHEATED after paying so much bucks.
