It is disappointing to note that the company considers the service request resolved without an actual visit or proper demonstration, which directly contradicts the terms of installation service promised at the time of purchase.
I request the following actions to be taken urgently:
Immediate rescheduling of a service engineer's visit to complete the pending installation and provide a demonstration.
Verification of all components and rectification of the issue regarding the missing legs.
Confirmation that the refrigerator is functioning as per manufacturer specifications.
