[Resolved] Whirlpool — poor customer care service in warranty | |
SR number :HD[protected] I registered a complaint on 18/3/2018 regarding the drain of the washing machine not working. A technician came and told me that part needs to be replaced. It has been 10 days now and still the machine is not fixed. Now they say it will take another week to get the part and that too is not assured. Really fed up with this unprofessional behavior. Machine is in warranty and just 1.5 years old. I am regretting buying it . The customer support after purchasing the machine is very bad Was this information helpful? | |
