I have complained about my refrigerator not cooling in First week of Jan 2024,

Post which the executive visited and checked, the part which was to be replaced was not available and hence they suggested for replacement at depreciation value.
Since then i am following up, still the issue is not resolved.
Today i am getting message on whatsapp from [protected] to transfer amount Rs 15000
This is a fraud ..no calls no discussion, no confirmation when i will get my delivery ..how will i transfer the amount.
