Whirlpool Refrigerator — Water leakage issue

Respected sir,
I want to raise a complaint of my refrigerator. water is leaking inside my fridge, and it's rottening my vegetables.i raised complaint 2-3times, technical team came and solved, but again the same problem every month...
So, requesting to solve this every month issue, am facing right from the beginning of my purchase in nov 2020.
So, i kindly request to replace my problematic refrigerator with a new proper one or else, please refund the amount and take back your refrigerator.
Attaching the video of the same and bill receipt too hoping for a sooner positive response from your side.
