My sensation neo washing machine is not working and the technician told me that i have to change v belt but the parts is not available as the model is now obsolete but my machine is otherwise fine. Date of purchase is 19.07.2008. This is a front loaded fully automated washing machine. On 07.07 2017 after booking complaint a technician from authorize service center, zen appliances sales and service kolkata 700159 came to my home and said tsp. Drum. V. Belt defect to be change and next day informed that the parts is not available. This is ridiculous. My 16000/- machine is of no use? Pl inform whether part will be available or not.
