I have purchased Whrilpool Split AC on 03/06/2018 the warranty for the product is 10 years, but for the last 3-4 months it's not working, I have raised a complaint through customer care - one of the technician came after a month and identified output motherboard issue and intimated to his supervisor name B. Phani Kumar (Tirupati region), He spoke to me with inappropriate words and irresponsibly since i didn't have the bill at that point of time, I even contacted the product purchased METRO store for bill they requested to contact in person to provide the bill since it's lock down, I couldn't able to travel to get the bill - Please train your employees how to speak with customers,
Then when I called customer care to check the status the ticket was closed stating - customer not picked the phone.
The AC is still not yet repaired, Please look into this issue as early as possible.
