Whirlpool — Whirlpool Fridge manufacturing defect

We brought a whirlpool 355 liter fridge on[protected] from Maya Sales, Hisar, Haryana. A technical Engineer inspected the unit on 18th february, submitted verification report to Whirlpool and took my identity proof and bill copy for replacement/refund process. On 3rd March, they confirmed the replacement/refund verbally over phone and said that 40% amount will be deducted. As this is a manufacturing defect and I want full refund. Otherwise I will file a case in Consumer forum. First they provide faulty products, then do not provide timely resolution, then make fool the customers by their fraudulent practice.
