I am using whirpool washing maching top load and it was purchased on[protected] and i have received call for applying the amc and then i understand there is gain plan where it needs to be applied before 18 month i have not received any communication from whirpool/seller and i enquired about this with customer care and they agreed its their fault of not intimating the same as what they did currently. So i have requested them to extend that gain plan now as its a mistake from their end. Till now i didnt get any proper response and warranty period is going to expire in next 2 day so need your immedialte action on it. Was this information helpful? |
