This is the 6th complaint here. I wonder how no action has been taken yet against deepak patel, the owner of the agency.
My daughter booked (On 23rd june, 2015) tickets to boston trusting this travel agency. Advance amount rs. 97, 000 was paid. But the tickets weren't booked and false promises wrt our booking were made. We followed up night and day only to avail no positive results.
To end this misery, we cancelled our booking to go with another agency. He gave us a cheque of rs.97, 000 which bounced twice. After constant follow up through mails, office visits and phone calls with conversations that didn't end well, it's been more than 11 months and we haven't been refunded the entire amount.
I seek justice to receive the amount and put an end to this unethical practice not just for me, but also the others. Was this information helpful? |
